A multifaceted marketing campaign was planned to enroll Medicare-eligible patients in the new Care Management program. The campaign resulted in high-yield responses.
Created strategy and communications for new health Care Team service initiatives. Collaborated with executives to develop a vision and hero graphics and wrote copy for campaign and training mediums for presentation.
Executed installation of digital signage in 8 area facilities to grow brand awareness and health service awareness. Customized CMS software to play animated graphic ads and stream live RSS Media feeds.
Implemented promotional materials for ACO Accountable Care Organization’s ongoing enrollment. Keynote presentations, Press Releases with media, and e-newsletter publishing.
Successfully coordinated the e-payment system across 8 remote cities in less than a month. Results: improved cash flow and decreased errors in billing. Negotiated Shared Saving Program with TSYS®.
