PhyNet Health System  /  JAN 2016 – Present / Marketing, PR & Communications

A planned multifaceted marketing campaign to enroll Medicare-eligible patients into the new Care Management program. The campaign resulted in high-yield responses.

Created strategy and communications for new health CareTeam service initiatives. Collaborated with executives to develop a vision, hero graphics and wrote copy for campaign and training mediums for presentation.

Executed installation of digital signage in 8 area facilities to grow brand awareness and health service awareness. Customized CMS software to play animated graphic ads and stream live RSS Media feeds.

Implemented promotional materials for ACO Accountable Care Organization ongoing enrollment. Keynote presentations, Press Releases with media, and e-newsletter publishing.

Successfully coordinated the e-payment system across 8 remote cities in less than a month. Results: improved cashflow and decrease errors in billing. Negotiated Shared Saving Program with TSYS®.

Designed company websites. Worked with all departments facilitating content generation and designing hero graphics for 30+ page site.

Wrote press releases for Health System public relations promoting in newspapers, LinkedIn, social media, and print communications.
