PrimeCare Home Health Website Launched

PrimeCare is a health care agency that provides skilled nursing and rehab services to home-bound patients in the East Texas market. Special thanks to Tom Stamper, PrimeCare VP of Network Development for the collaboration and vision to establish a stronger web presence for PrimeCare’s growing Home Health agency.

The logo and branding were designed by Red Type Design a few years ago and adapted to primecarehomehealth.com. The website domain is a high-value domain and was acquired through GoDaddy domain brokerage.

Along with the site map, graphic design, and copywriting fulfillment, we developed the site with HTML 5 and PHP 7 on a WordPress CMS theme. One unique feature we installed to help engage customers is a chatbot app that not only allows potential customers a live chat option but tracks visitors in real-time.

Due to the competition in the Home Health space, the website was initially listed on page 16 in Google. Since the launch, we have been focusing on improving the Google ranking by adding metatags and keyword terms to the website’s on-page header. Additionally, ongoing backlinks are being built through professional business listings, including FourSquare, Bing, Yahoo, YP, Alignable, BBB, Manta, City Search, ShowMeLocal, and others. Each listing includes a full profile, contact information, website, and social media links. Additionally, Red Type Design set up PrimeCare Home Health’s Facebook page for social media engagement.

PrimeCare Home Health care teams focus on a patient’s total well-being, including prevention and education to avoid emergent situations and unplanned re-hospitalizations. PrimeCare Home Health coordination works to ensure smooth transitions from hospital stays while providing navigation to specialists that are the optimum fit for the patient. The Health staff are licensed nurses, comprised of Skilled Nursing and Care Coordinators that practice in Texas with a wide variety of specializations, including but not limited to Transitional Care Management, Physical Therapy, Chronic Care Management, Medication Management, Wound Care, and 24/7 On-Call Care Team.
