White Rock Consulting Print Media Project
WATCH VIDEO >>> Many thanks to Jared Russell and White Rock Consulting for the great collaboration and feedback that helped in developing these new print media and direct marketing pieces. The project kicked-off with a company brand review and marketing analysis to focus on White Rock’s image and target customers.
One of the most important factors in marketing and advertising is not only communicating who you are and what you do – but WHO you’re offering your services to. Who’s THAT customer?… and WHERE do they operate? Once we establish this, we must determine specifically WHAT to communicate with this customer? This in a nutshell is the essence of target marketing:
1) Pinpointing a specific customer group
2) Focusing the message to deliver
3) Determining the best delivery method
To assist White Rock in reaching their target market in their respective field of Environmental Consulting, I suggested we purchase a specialized mailing listing and do a direct mailing. We used demographics (Texas Counties), company size, and statistical data on gross income to narrow the target audience to reach their ideal new customers.
The brochure was printed on heavy 10pt stock to hold up as a self-mailer. I was able to save White Rock a lot ($) on postage by utilizing our mail house Bulk-Rate indicia. The printed brochure was direct mailed to 880 new potential clients.
The presentation, (pocket folder) is an essential tool for all corporate companies in facilitating and distributing printed materials such as contracts, bids, medical and legal papers, warranties, and walk-out forms. The presentation, pocket folder is not only functional but leaves a lasting impression of your brand.
I have to tip my hat to the White Rock, they are a sharp team, with a passion for environmental consulting. It was a pleasure working with this group. To learn more about White Rock Consulting, visit www.whiterockcs.com.
